Marinated Asiago & Parmesan Hard Cheese with Jalapeno,
(Pasturized Milk, Cheese Cultures & Enzymes) Olive Oil, Garlic, Spices and Jalapeno. Uses a nominal amount of garlic.
Excellent when used as an hors d'oeuvre or to entertain. Great to mix with ground beef
 or saute with ground turkey, not a lot of heat, just a whole lot of flavor. Mix with hamburger meat, place on top of aluminum foil on grill, cooking in a skillet makes for an excellent burger.

Classic Toscana or the Amiata can be used as a pasta sauce. Add a little bit of butter or olive oil to your al dente pasta and place in serving bowl adding one tablespoon per serving to the top allowing to melt into the pasta, toss & serve

One of our fan favorites. Spread on bottom of aluminum foil, lay your Salmon down on top, place a teaspoon of the Amiata on top, seal, place on grill or in oven letting the oils seep into the Salmon until nice and flaky. Serve

One of Loredana's most popular flavors. Using Italian black winter truffles. Truffles are a commodity, they are the most expensive food on the market at this time.
Used in mostly oils and butters, using Loredana's Tartufo you can make your own truffle oil by adding olive oil to the jar, letting the black winter truffles, the asiago & parmesan cheese along with the spices and herbs, marinate, creating a delicious truffle oil.
